It's funny how much harder it is for us to remember all the times we made healthy decisions; we often end up beating ourselves up for the few bad ones. As you said, it isn't the end of the world. We have to take responsibility for our own actions and move forward knowing that most of the time we make healthy choices. With time, it becomes easier. Stay strong, Mary! :-)
