Trying to stay focused with my eating, and adding in more exercise and stretching. Been gaining/losing same two pounds for a couple weeks.
But also focus on the flexibility and fitness so I can have a very enjoyable and active vacation in April. At least four hours of activity everyday means I need to work on endurance

I had been gaining and losing the same couple of pounds myself for a few weeks, I decided to give intermittent fasting a try (not eating between 8pm and noon) and I began losing again. I am a late night snacker, so it really decreased my caloric intake :) I hope you get out of your plateau! Good luck :)

I'm starting my new year off with a 24hour fast to get back into my intermittent fasting! Can't wait to see how great I feel after a couple days back at it :)
