We can all do it. We have to remember that we are in control. We have to be good role models for our children or they will have problems like we are having now. It's not just the weight to worry about but all the other health issues comes along because of the weight. Be strong.

I failed for almost 10 years in it. Finally intermittent fasting (16:8 diet) is working for me, along with fitness pal goal of 1500 per day, and managing food at home instead of outside, as its usually less calories and limits our choices or stress.I finish dinner around 8PM and won't eat till 12 PM next day. Some days when it's too hard, I try to limit to coffee or little healthy snack. That happened initially, but now, don't even need that. Some days I can't finish by 8 PM, yet I make sure I stay on water till 12 PM.Lot's of water, even warm water during that 16 hour fasting helps.Strength training and keeping at least an hour activity per day, could be anything helps. And I use google fit, to maintain at least 30 heart points per day.Hope you will find something that perfectly works for you soon, if not keep changing or trying and maintain the flow. Maintaining a flow in what we are doing helps to keep the momentum.Best wishes.
