I'm sure I will get a tsk tsk for saying this. But... for me it is tanning. If I actually go and workout at the gym I let myself tan for a few minutes. I am the type of person that needs immediate rewards, and having the tanning bed at the gym helps me with that. I also know I can never let myself get a tan without stepping into the gym... so all in all it works for me. I often don't spend very long in the bed... just a few minutes to relax and regroup.
