I know exactly how you feel! I am 57 and I have the same fears! Last month I thought I was going to be 204 forever! But I stuck with it and today I am 199.7. Of course now I am afraid I will be here forever! haha But you can do this. It might take a little longer. We might not bounce like we used to, or maybe not in the same places. But we can do this together, which means you can do this! I believe in you!
