Non-scale victory of the week!

I kept going! I exercised 3 days this past week. I made healthy choices while camping!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Finding meals that I enjoy and meet clean eating criteria. I'm kind over meal replacement shakes. I need to find the foods that I enjoy and make it a lifestyle.

Meal prepping! Sleep 7 to 8 hours. Drink my water!!! And exercise (ride bike at least 3 days) this week

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made a binder that I carry around like it is my life. Included in it is everything I plan to eat, clean foods, and then log everything I am eating!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm pretty proud of how this week went. I guess if I made any improvements it would be planning my shopping trips better. It seemed like I was always at the store for some veggies I forgot or fruit or something.

Continue what I am doing because it is working. I may include more exercise, but that depends on me physically. I have chronic pain that someday it's hard to manage.

I am going to stop eating at 8pm tonight, so avoid all late night snacking. Then make a meal plan for this weekend. This weekend we are going camping so I will get so exercise. On Monday I plan on following either the Whole30 again or PS1000.
