so sorry to bother u but i have a ? do u have to take all the stuff(supplements,shakes,and protein bars) they take to loose the weight ....please let me know thanks very much......

Read the book (The 4 Hour Body). It will answer all your questions. I don't take supplements or shakes or protein bars. Just eat clean and healthy whole foods. :) It's the basics of MOST diets out there. They'll tell you to eat clean.
