Did you get good results from T25?

I was doing different programs with T25 so I couldnt tell you exactly what results I had...but I am sure they were great. I just loved the program. I had my best results from Insanity...thats when I felt like I gained the most muscle and leaned out at the same time.

Kelly get your skinny butt over to Warrior 8 Girlfriend. Not going to let you go into holiday season alone. It's just not safe ;)
I never lost weight doing Insanity but I built so much beautiful muscle it was definitely a turning point. I did great on hip hop and I truly believe in T25. So come spend the holidays with us warriors

Ah-mazing! You have realized it is a process, a journey, an adventure even. And even though you don't know the people around you and their "process, journey, adventure "stuff" " some of us are survivors! Just like in cancer. We may not LOOK like we ever struggled with our weight or even like we continue to "process, journey, adventure" through this food filled life we need to deal with to exist(that was a mouthful lol!) we are here. One of these days you will be a survivor and in remission! I am thrilled at how far you have already journeyed.
