I am doing bootcamp tues and thurs and I run on Monday Wednesday and Saturday. This week I have increase that because I am not budging on the scale. I have run everyday this week. I was doing no carbs the first two weeks, but I am starting to add a little bit of carbs here and there, but nothing crazy. I did have rice yesterday. :) I love rice.
