Non-scale victory of the week!
So I haven't resist food completely nor have I ignored my favorites. I still drink my iced coffee with chocolate, but I have cut back a lot on my carbs. I've seen it, not only on the scale but also on why and how I'm feeling. I'm pretty excited on what this new game and experience will bring to my life and how it will change me in the next few weeks. Hope to continue the progress and win. But I'll take what ever I can because every pound lost is a victory at the end.
