I am so sorry for your loss. Sending you so much love. I understand your desire to not look pregnant, what a horrible daily reminder. Be gently with yourself. If you want to workout, workout (might help in more ways than one), but you are also totally allowed to curl up in bed and cry. Thinking of you your family and your sweet baby boy. <3

One day at a time! you'll have a sweet angel on your shoulder helping you the rest of your life so make him proud... take comfort with family and friends, and laser focus on health! You are an excellent writer, maybe get a notebook and jot a few feelings down everyday! Work out slowly and build up, walking is always pretty low impact! I wish you comfort in the days to come and pray you'll find peace!
