Gallon of water a day, working out 5-6 days a week, sometimes twice in a day, and plenty of veggies! In heavy training right now for my fitness test for my russian kettlebell certification with Dragon Door and need to make sure I hit the weight class weigh in. Lots of discipline! Having a strong mindset is key. ;)
