OK, Blog time! WHY am I so NERVOUS about this game??? it's INSANE how I feel? Could it be CHANGE??? That I'm doing something completely out of my comfort zone??? Well, this weekend I'm saying goodbye to many of my bad habits....Donuts, sugary, creamy coffees in the morning, Office snacking, Vending machines, SODA!!!! ICE CREAM-that fattening, sugar filled, fudge topped ice cream. I can't wait to get that frosting on the cupcakes off my MIND and my Booty! UGH!!! I'm So D-O-N-E!!!! Go Me!

Ladonna, I saw you say that you're preparing for a cruise. One of the hard things about cruises is that there is always food available. Lots of food. One of the great things is that you can always exercise! When I go on cruises, I make it a point to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Also, each ship usually has a deck that you can easily walk around and they probably tell you how many "laps" equal a mile. You can do this! Good luck!
