Hi Victoria! I too am a foodie! I have found that one thing that has helped me successfully keep off 50 pounds is making sure I treat myself. If I don't have my favorite foods or allow myself to go to a special restaurant every now and then, I end up feeling deprived and eventually give up and go off the deep end. The key is not to say to myself "I've blown it" when I indulge. That is a recipe for me giving up. I just need to remind myself it's a choice like any other choice and I can move forward with a healthy meal next.As for the working out--working out is great. It's so important for our health and well being, but truly weight loss is 80% about the food we eat. You can't outrun your fork. So glad your joined our Dietbet game!! It's going to be great!
