i want to get back to my pre babies weight, i need to lose 25lbs to be at my bmi of 18.5, after having back pain i realized how weak my core was and started to take action and one month later my back pain has stopped n im down a pant size!

I am with you on all accounts!!! I was rear ended over 8 months ago, and I am still suffering from neck, shoulder, and back pain. I gained 25 pounds since my accident, and I realized recently that I have been using my injuries as an excuse to be unhealthy (ironic since living a healthy life style would clearly be my fastest route to real recovery!!!
