I am trying to lose weight for two reasons. A) it makes me smile and B) I like that expression of shock that my doctor gets when one of his patients actually listens to what he says. But mostly reason A.

Thanks so much for posting this! I can relate to EVERYTHING that you wrote-- deciding on going to the gym in the morning, doing cardio only...EVERYTHING! I really do need to start going in the morning, cause like you said we come home and sit on the couch!
