Hey good luck! Don't beat yourself up for where you're at now. I think a lot of the people here gained weight and were just kind of in denial about it until there was a breaking point, and that's definitely how it was for me, too. Dietbet is super helpful though as long as you keep tabs and weigh in to help keep yourself on track. Don't worry though, apply yourself and you've got this. After a few wins you will really start to feel like yourself again.
