Ahh I didn't even know that was visible! Lol I thought it was all hidden! ???? Anyways, thanks! I have been tracking my food religiously on MyFitnessPal. More importantly tho, I've been tracking my macros. I tend to carry a lot of weight in my bottom half and know carbs are the hardest for my body to metabolize. I've been trying to balance my diet..40% protein, 25% carbs and 35% fats. Not going full Atkins because it isn't sustainable for me. Here's a sample day..Breakfast: 2 egg whites and 1 full egg with 2 slices turkey bacon and a whole wheat English muffinLunch: turkey sandwich on bagel thin with some carrotsDinner: chicken kebabs with 1/4 cup of saffron rice and mixed greens. Snack: protein shakeIt's by no means perfect but is really working. Even when I slip up I track because it holds me accountable. I also power walk 4 miles a day (4.3mph). Hopefully that helps you!!
