Dang you beat me reaching the goal. Oh well...I'm still trudging along but I'll get there eventually. Enjoy a glass of FF water while you're waiting on me because it's going to be a little longer. As if there were ever a question as to whether you'd reach your goal. You're a pro at it by now LOL. Gratz girl. See you at the finish line :)

Hi Heather, How do I find your word of the day? My weigh in pic was rejected because I didnt have it. Do I have to hold a piece of paper with that word in the picture or how do I put it in the picture. I hope that you can let me know how to do this or I won't be able to do this. Thanks a lot.

You write your word on a piece of paper and put it by the scale then you get a picture of your weight on the scale with the paper with word showing next to the scale as well as your feet then you get someone to take a full body picture of you standing on the scales like you were going through airport security. I wore black bike shorts and a black sports cami. If you don't have someone to take your full length body shot then find a full length mirror and take a pic of yourself using the mirror to show you standing on the scale.
