Makayla, it's all about calories in vs calories out. So you would need to have 500 deficit every day a week for a month to lose 4lbs. Whole foods are the best to eat, veggies and fruits. Keep the snaking down and just go out for a walk it does wonders!

Thanks Bradley! I just went into Pinterest and found a bunch of workout programs! The snacking is definitely going to be a struggle for me since I live off of snacks.
