Hey Becky,I saw your comment on Shaun's post about your hurt leg. I'd like to suggest exercises that you can do on your stomach/back like Ab Workouts, leg lifts or pulses. You can also do dumbbell arm workouts if you stay seated. Don't worry, you're not going to get bulky unless you use hormones. Then there's yoga or PiYo but some positions rely on a lot of leg strength so use discretion there. Good luck!

thanks Dee! I'll definitely be doing that. I'm going to do my best to modify these workouts and I'll be doing what I can. It's just that the majority of my weight is in my lower half, so that's where most of my exercise focuses. I usually do Les Mills Combat every day and go to the gym for some weight training twice a week. I hate treadmills (I'd rather run outside but I live in the country and there are vicious dogs loose everywhere) but was finally going to add some in anyway. And now I can't do anything that puts a lot of weight on my ankle. nothing that puts pressure on it. :( so it's going to be mostly upper and core for the next few weeks. But I'll be doing what I can for the lower half.. I have some old Beachbody workouts that do a lot of floorwork for the lower half so I guess its time to go back to my old routines. lol But thanks!!! :)

Those sound upper body intensive. You know that saying 'You're only as strong as your weakest point'? I know it sucks. For me it's my arms. But give that part of your body the extra love. By "love" I mean intense exercise pain. Tough it out for a couple months and I kid you not, you're likely to see yourself propel past whatever plateau you're dealing with. It hurts and it's frustrating but it's so worth doing. If I may, I recommend... 3 or 4 times a week, 21 Day Fix's 10 Minute Fix For Abs.
