Back into fill swing on marathon training post injury. Feeling great again. Completed a 16 mile run for the first time in my life.

I hit my 10% goal! Gonna keep on going for another 10%. Multiple people noticed positive physical and emotional changes

Starting marathon training and new diet this week! Already 2 weeks into cutting out alcohol and cigarettes and will continue staying sober until I've hit my goals.
