Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted SO much and am disappointed in the results. Moms bring all kinds of treats to the baseball practices. I’ve partaken in NONE. What the heck?!?

Frustrated that I tried so hard this week and only lost one lb. from this time last week. Waiting for my Fat Whoosh phenomenon to occur! It needs to come soon. Need more sleep. Way more sleep. Maybe that’s been a big part of this week’s lack of loss. I’ve slept MAYBE 2 hours a day. Not night. I’m talking 30 min power naps. It’s been crazy!!
