Hi Emily. I practice yoga pretty exclusively. The pain in your wrists will decrease if you push down with your thumbs and first fingers when you are in downward facing dog and plank. Also try to even out your body weight between your arms and legs. I you need to modify drop your knees down in plank. Best- holly

Tea is a good idea! I'm craving ice cream, but some blueberry green tea might do the trick!

I was shocked how well it worked! I wanted popcorn but opted for apple cinnamon =) go for the blueberry green tea, that sounds yummy!
