I watched Forks over Knives, Hungry for Change, Food Fight, and Vegucated. I loved Hungry for Change- and Forks over Knives was great too. Vegucated was too much about the animal reasons not to eat meat. But I would definitely recommend Hungry for Change and Forks over Knives. I watched them on Netflix- so if you have access...

We can compare progress for sure! I am excited to get back to basics. I am going to be working on eating less processed foods and less added sugars. At least that is where I will start.
