Hey there lady. I have you had a chance to look up tabata workouts. I must say, I've only done them a few times, but so far I am liking it. I don't think it's like some miracle workout, but I do think it gives you an extra boost to your metabolism to help you burn more.

You can even download interval stop watches to help. I have one called "My Interval Timer Pro".

Hey thanks, Amber! I need to make time to look at that, but I did google it the other day and do some reading. :) Ah... why can't we just "read" about exercise and see results? Exercise by osmosis. Wouldn't that be awesome?
