Hey Tandy - did you decide yet? I'm asking because I can understand the not being too excited about exercise quandry. Was there myself until mid-way through this dietbet when - wham - my body just started loving being able to move and dance and skip and play! play! play! I guess I'm hoping you might get the "move" bug too?

Yes I will do another DB after New Years. This is my first DietBet can you tell me how it works from here I was hoping to take a picture of my weight tomorrow AM so that I can eat tomorrow night. Is that how it's going to work or will we have to wait longer?

I used to surrender at the first offer of free food. I'm grateful that you are making the same wager I am to help me stick to the slow-carb diet. Now instead of eating 4 to 6 of a dozen free muffins or doughnuts, I enjoy feeling full from my big omlet breakfast.

You can do it Tandy, just take it one day at a time. Try to add another 10 minutes to your workout and swap out something in your meals for more fruits and veggies. Don't forget to get enough protein and drink lots of water.
