Thanks! I actually lost 16 lbs right before I started Dietbet so I recently hit a HUGE milestone: 50 lbs lost! :-) It has been amazing!

Did my first Body Combat class last night, phew! And I love my Saturday morning body flow class. I joined the gym August 4th and have been every single day since. I cut out all sugar and junk food completely and am staying on a low calorie diet thanks to the Lose it app.
