I just figured out how this thing works haha I am doing well. I have lost some weight already! I have been eating better and going to the gym regularly. I also am doing dryjanuary aka no alcohol for the whole month. So that has really helped me cut back on my calorie intake. I thought it would increase my stress level, but it has actually decreased it. How is it going for you?
