I tried it once but it didn't work out for me.

I've made quite a few (it took a few attempts to get to one I liked). The recipes are usually around 700-900 calories, so if I'm having a cheat meal sometimes I'll make one and split it into two for me and my SO. Still a big treat but a better choice than eating out or having one each!

That sounds really good! I love sauces! Can't help you about the bread. i wonder if the craving will go away before the 28 days are over. My biggie was the cheese! But surprisingly after a couple of days even the cheese craving is gone. I'm very happy with some avocado instead.
