Boy do I hear you. I felt the same way before I quit smoking. Thinking I won't be able to have another cigarette again. It was nerve-wracking. Just like now, starting this DietBet thing and the possibility of foregoing the chips and chocolate is nerve-wracking. Not to say I'll need to permanently cut out chocolate and chips, but I'm sure there'll be a huge reduction in intake of those sorts of things. The funny thing is I know that if I continue on this path of bad food choices and non-existant exercise, the outcome will not be good. That is what really should be nerve-wracking, don't you agree?
