(Sorry I hit submit without finishing) ...my body pump classes but always thought they were so effective! I've considered getting them for home.

Oh yeah, forgot to add something. They are different resistance levels: light, medium, high. I prefer the medium.

Awesome! I should try to find some for the days I can't make it to a class. Even walking around my apartment with resistance bands counts as a workout, right? :)
