I read it all.Thank you for sharing.I feel a lot of the same pressures you do.No energetic dog here but my desire to get as fit as I can before life and age makes it too difficult is the same.I'm going to be doing a 3rd round of Insanity, which I've done about once a year.Good luck to us all!
