Hi vegan warrior, sorry for late reply been so hectic today and thank you for liking my blog. My main goal is to lose weight but I also wanna get fitter as this might give me the courage to do a charity run for animals eg Carla lane animal rescue. As I love animals but never been fit or healthy enough to do it. How long have you been doing diet bet? Also I'm guessing by your name your a vegan, do you do raw or normal vegan? My aunt is vegan so I give credit to anyone who is cuz it's not easy. I've tried but found it very hard. I have done some changes eg instead of milk I use almond or hazelnut milk. Cut down a lot of meat and up my fruit and veg.
