Rock on, Shirley P!! You're my inspiration and I'll be yours this month because I'm in a similar "boat" with you ... heading on a cruise to the Galapagos Islands in March, 50th birthday coming in April (yikes), first grandbaby coming in May (from my step-son and daughter-in-law) and a long-time goal to get back under 150. I have 40 lbs to lose too!! It wasn't that long ago that I was there too. How did this happen, right? So, Shirley P ... let's DO this!!! I'm also listening to some Ester Hicks Youtube videos these days and it's changing my life. Hoping this first attempt at DietBet will help me too. ;-)

Here we go Suzanne R. I am ready!! So glad to have someone to share this months journey with that is similar to my own. I am 52 so we are also close in age. Congrats on the new grandbaby! It is so exciting! Just bought and exercise bike and elyptical off craigslist, already had a treadmill not that it got used that often. Excited to start having more energy, and feel better about myself. Haven't heard of Ester Hicks I will have to check it out. I do listen to a few positive thinking audio books though. The Power by Rhonda Byrne and Feeling is the Secret by Neville Goddard. They help. Wish you the best! : )
