I know it's something simple but drink more more more water. I've found that it makes a huge difference in my weight loss. Be consistent and you'll soon be peeing the weight away (as gross as that sounds :P)

Change up your workouts a bit...I've had the same problem recently big I really made an effort to chill out as I think stress was affecting my weight loads more than I thought :) xxxx
