Aww, thank you! My tip for you is to start as a vegetarian (or pescetarian) and then go as you feel. I've been meatless for 7 years but only completely vegan for 6 months. It took me baby steps and then I got there. With time, your body doesn't crave meat and dairy anymore. It totally makes you feel awesome to eat plant based. Think about it my darling. ;D And let's rock that DietBet! <3

Hey Lea, I just saw that youre a vegan 24/7. I was vegan for the last two weeks and it was really difficult sometimes because you had to cook so much even when you were tired. So respect! And also my favorite vegan meal was the lasagne as well haha

Hey Jasmin! Congrats on being vegan for 2 weeks, isn't it such a refreshing and feel good diet? I've never had so much enegery! :D My recommandation for you is to start maybe 70% vegan and then build up from there. You will feel less pressure this way and you will get used to it. If you want to jump right away and stay 100% vegan, my trick is meal prep. I usually cook on my day off work and make huge batches of food like quinoa salads, soup, chili, etc. I also make sure to buy easy and quick food like hummus, flaxseed crackers, etc. It makes it so much easier for me when I'm tired. :) And when I'm EXTRA lazy, I either go buy a vegan protein bar like Vega or any quick meal at my grocery store (often It's sushi because my grocery store sucks and has no vegan pre-made options haha)
