Everyone thinks they can tell us how to live, don't they? I have the same gripes and I'm a paleo, LOL. If one more sick-overweight-cheezie-eater tries to mansplain to me that *I'm* doing it wrong, I might lose all my shit. Thanks for sharing this -- glad I am not alone. :)
