We think very much alike. I was always giving up in the past because I only saw where I wanted to be in the long run (100lbs lighter) but I'm so big I just kept throwing in the towel and slipped back into bad eating habits and never exercised every time. I think dietbet's short term goals are great because they don't seem so out of reach compared to our ultimate weight loss goal, you know? I wish you the best in your weightloss journey, love.
