I joined a boot camp program at my local gym one month before our wedding. Which really helped me to get in great physical shape! It was hard work but those last few weeks really made a difference to my waistline and my stamina. I have also found Weight Watchers to be a great lifestyle program to follow. I lost 40 lbs before I got married during the year we had to plan. I know that you'll get to where you want to be! Good luck!
