You are here and posting. So you are a winner in my book. Just because you did not win some pocket change, does not mean you lost. You have lost some weight from when you started this DB, right? You are trying, right? We all hit speed bumps and if we all stopped at them. We would never get to the finish line. Just keep on keeping on and you will get there.   • Ok so tomorrow I am scheduled for a lung biopsy. I took a blood test that suggested that there's a 28% chance these spots are lung cancer, mostly because of my genetics and characteristics of cancer in specific blood work. But I'm the 72% girl. I've been claiming and believing since receiving the results. I am not going to lie, today I'm struggling a little with anxiety. If y'all pray would you please lift my name? If not, can you lift my name? Not sure I'll make it today to the gym, but I'm gonna do my best to be completely prepared early so if I can make it I will.

I had the same problem... now that I'm back on intermittent fasting, scale started moving again and no need to cut out everything... just be mindful

Same. I started this diet bet in the middle of my health journey, so I didn’t have the typical water weight that drops in the beginning. Unfortunately I’m dealing with the plateau struggle

I also was on a plateau and I added some calories and then I broke it and went back to my older calories.
