Sarah, I was on week 10 of T25. I restarted it today so I could do it without doing only the modify moves. When I first started my healthy prevented me from doing high impact. Now i'm starting over and doing as much of the high impact I can. super great workout :)

Just to let you know, I'm hosting a new diet bet, "Fatty No More," which begins after Labor Day on Friday, Sept. 6. The bet is only $20. The weigh in dates are Sept. 4,5 and 6. The game ends on Friday, Oct. 4.

That would be awesome. It starts just after the one you're currently in, ends. You can do 3 diet bets though at a time. I've done 13 now since April 29 and have WON all 13 of them. I'm loving this whole process. Come take a look at our group. It's a fun bunch!

Hey! Read your comment about quick breakfasts. How about oatmeal with fresh fruit toppings and a bit of cinnamon and/or honey? Or, sprouted bread toasted with all natural peanut/almond butter?
