I did not open that bottle of wine nor the girl scout cookies I bought.

I could have done more hi intensity work outs instead of just walking.

Make sure I go to spin class on Monday. Stay below my calories by 100 Kcal daily and meditate daily.

Well....I could have eaten better but I didn't do as poorly as I feared. Back on track. I did continue to move my body.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Visiting a friend in the hospital 3 hours away. Remarkably stayed within my weekly calorie goal and it showed on the scale. I figured I would have just maintined this week as I only made it to the gym twice. Go figure. I still moved...just not the way I had hoped.

I can get up earlier. The gym must happen first.
