Hey Katherine - This is such an honest post - I love it! When I first started DB, I was 373.6 so I had more than 200 pounds to lose to even be in the 'overweight' BMI rating so I get it - I 100% get it! I was able to lose 175 pounds a year and a half with DB. (Unfortunately, I've gained 70 of those back but I'm back to working at it!) You can do it! this is really inspiring to me, I have about 120lb to lose and it feels like mount Everest. I really find it hard to believe I will make it sometimes, but this post has really helped
