I started at 189 lbs December 2014, and have exercised and eaten healthy since then. Plugging away. I'm down to my last 7 lbs in order to hit my maintanence goal weight, and thought this challenge would motivate and push me to lose the last 7 lbs.

These are great! I've been struggling with sugar a lot, so I'll give some of these a try. I'm also short, only 5' and started at 185 almost a year ago, down to 150 today. I'm hoping to get to 125 one day, but trying for 145 by the end of June. :)
