Thanks so much for posting your cross fit work-out. I did it today and loved it! I did real push-ups, but broke up my sit-ups and push-ups into sets- 50 sit-ups, then 25 push-ups, then 50 sit-ups, then 25 push-ups. I did the burpees last and felt like I was going to die!!! I'd love to learn more of your work-outs. I liked that I didn't need anything except my treadmill and some motivation!

Awesome! Glad you liked the CrossFit workout. It was a challenging one and definitely burned lots of calories. I'm impressed with your real push-ups, I'm only able to do 5 real push-ups and all the others have to be done on my knees. Burpees are killer! I have a love/hate relationship with them.

I would have cheated too. Bacon doughnuts sound delish. You can get back on track though :)

Thanks for the encouragement Brooke. It was yummy and very hard not eating the other half. :-) I love bacon. At least I managed to close the box and run away...haha
