Saw your post about being tired and not seeing much improvement! Just wanted to say that I know you can push through!!! Good luck :) Try and eat healthy late night snacks! I bought applesauce the other day so I won't eat my fruit snacks late at night.

Hey, try eating a little 'snack' that has lots of carbs and some proteins in it ( like an apple with peanutbuttet) about an hour before you workout that should help you feeling fuelled for your workout but not too full to do the workout :-)
