Because of my food allergies (gluten, yeast, wheat, soy, cow and goats milk, eggs and egg yolks, and more) I prepare my food for three or four days at a time. If I have what I can eat it is less likely I will eat what everyone else is having (I have four kids). I do take vitamins - vitamins - vitamins; I get mine from a pharmacy because they are allergen free which is better for me. Good luck!!!!!

For cookouts, I try to focus on fruits and veggies, like watermelon, corn, etc. I will do a burger wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. I avoid sugary and fatty side dishes like baked beans, cole slaw, and potato salad. Something with a vinegar sauce, like bean salads or vinegar-based slaw, is good too. And of course, not too many cookies! I'd say definitely bring a couple of high protein low sugar granola bars, in case you find yourself surrounded by food that is a far cry from health food. Good luck!

When I go out to cookouts and family dinners out I tend to always eat what is in front of me and eat it all. What I suggest is that when u r at your boyfriends house just have water in your hands maybe some iced cold lemon water if it is hot out and that way you won't eat everything you see but drum which will help you lose wait. GOOD LUCK.
