You've really upped your game it seems like - 5,7 kg lost last month is really great! Keep up the good work - with all those long walks it should be possible for you to reach your goal weight soon! :)

I'm also a vegetarian and looking for all the cheerleading I can get! :-) I've been hovering at 145-147 lbs for over a year and really need to go down to 135. Hope this game makes me able to break through! I love the supportive and helpful comments you make on the board!

Hey girl!!! I started my weight loss journey a year ago... when I first started out I was at 150 pounds... I got on weight watchers and lost 20 pounds... still working to my goal of 130!!! Congrats on your weight loss... we can totally get down to our goal weight!!!! Stay strong and keep going girl!!!! We GOT this!!!! :D

Hey Shenan ! Just wanted to check in on you to see how you're doing after yesterday's awfulness. You're surely running quite some distances ! I'm just getting started on running (2 months or so), but you inspire me to work towards 10 miles by next year :) Hugs from Belgium !

Wow! That's so exciting!!!

You inspired me to push up my training somewhat (though making sure to be careful!!!) :-)

Doing 12 miles on Sunday then a half marathon just before Dietbet ends. Should be ready for September!!!

Have you found your legs are getting strangely muscley????
