I'm not to sure yet. I'm waiting on my winnings to use towards another challenge. I do know it will be a 30 day again. I don't have the patience for a long term challenge. But there are so many to choose from.

I was reading your post...Interesting stuff, I have been losing weight since february average 4 pounds per week and I normally have one cheat day but it always made me gain two or three pounds,so I decided a few weeks back not to have a cheat day one week and that following week I lost zero pounds? I thought well that makes no since that when I have cheat days I wind up losing the 2-3 pounds plus the 4 pounds and if not stuck? I am basically on low carb diet and exercise everyday quite often.Anyway I see that I am not the only one that has noticed that maybe a cheat day makes you lose more weight? Odd though...Great job loosing weight !!!!

I forgot the exact science behind it but basically if the body keeps losing weight even at a light or moderate pace it adapts and it becomes harder to lose weight. It plateaus. The occasional weight gain decreases or even prevents a hard plateau.

Apparently :) I believe it,because the only week that I lost zero pounds is the only Sunday I didn't cheat and I exercise often,,I thought if I didn't have a cheat day I would do better because wouldn't gain any weight back for the week NOT LOL.. so far I have one cheat day a week and have not got stuck again yet :)

Great job! Since you are so close to your goal weight, it is harder to lose these last stubborn pounds. It is easier for someone like me (who needs to lose 90 lbs) to drop a big chunk at the start of a diet. But you lost AND have kept your weight down in the healthy range. You're much better off than I am... and so already a winner!
